Actually, I use both Paint and Photoshop. They're both as good; Paint is good for sketching in my case, since it has a lot of open space and basic tools. Photoshop is good for real brush lineart, layers, colors, and instant animating gifs(Most people use Iaza.com to make animated icons and gifs, which to me, is tedious). Paint is usually good for the pixelated/non-soft-edged art, even if Photoshop still has a capability to make that kind of art too. Although I don't see how people see Photoshop as a cheap way to make art, since it's more complicated than Paint. No one can understand a program like that in such little time.

...I'm a little confused as to why you even felt the need to post the comment in the first place, if all it entails is a close-minded opinion and stating up front that you know that it might cause a backlash. XD?

Anyway, I'm not angry or "hateful" if you disagree. I see photoshop and MS Painf as two different mediums, and good and bad art can be created in either one. Photoshop doesn't make your art good, and only having access to Paint doesn't make your art bad. That's the point I intended to make. No big deal, and certainly not worth getting upset or hateful over rofl.

and yah I use MS because mainly it's the only program I have to draw with but I love it because it's easy to use and it can still produce good art...only problem is that I kind of suck. XP

And you are right, they are different. There are great artists that work with MS Paint and bad ones that work with Photoshop. I just find Photoshop much better.
