Alrighty! I have two questions, and they both involve the background! >3

#1: Say you want to add a background. You pull up another canvas, flesh out the background, then go to paste your character in there...and the background is covered by the background of white that you had in the canvas you drew the character! How do you fix this?

#2: In relation to Question 1, what if you just want a transparent background for your pic, like if you wanted to put it on your journal? How do you make it that way?
